I just bought the LG CG180. So far i have had nothing but problems. First, I was unable to send text messages. Then when i tried to use my old sim card, it would tell me the smartchip was blocked and not let me go any further. Now, i have put the new sim card in and it keeps asking me for the PUK code. I have not been able to find this code anywhere and have not been able to get any help in this matter. Can someone help me please?
Something weird happened yesterday with my signal. I’m on Virginia Tech’s campus and up until yesterday i have had good edge signal all over my room and outside. Yesterday it just went away and has yet to come back. only thing i have on my phone is the tower and no bars. i was wondering if it’s my phone or if the signal around here has blacked out.i do take good care of my phones. i have never had a problem with any of them up until now. and chatting with the tech support online was a waste of time in regard to this problem.just wondering if anyone else has had it go away and not come back at all.

I am having trouble getting anything to work with a sd card on my LG Shine CU720. I insert card the card and usb cable but i will not locate the memory card and then disconnects. Ok so i got this phone NEW today and i went in and tried to put in a security pin so know one could use my phone inless they know my pin. Well i went to enter what i wanted as a pin and it said invaild 2 more trys left so like a dummy i kept tryn and tryn and well my trys ran out and now my NEW sim card in locked. Its asking me 3 a PUC number whats that? I cant call Technical support from me area 4 some reason.. Weird yes i know they provide me service here but when i need to call the Technical support is says ” this call can NOT be completed from Ur calling area” Thats nuts. I can however call customer service from my area but they are closed of course! I am asking 4 someones help out there because i need my phone to work now not tomorrow. What is a PUC number and how can i get it? I looked it up on at&t.com but nothing came up. Please help me if U can! Thanks!
