I just got this phone last night, and someone called me and left a voicemail. I pressed and held the 1 key, because that’s what I was told to do, and then it asked me for a number. I thought it just wanted me to make up a password, so I typed in 92592, but that’s not the code that they were looking for… How can I fix this?

I’ve taken my VU back to Best Buy 3x’s!!!! and i get the same response "we have no idea what the problem is,so here is a new one" and yes,it’s still shutting off…..Does anyone else have this problem with there VU? It’s becoming annoying & embarrasing when you pull out your VU & you have to take the battery out & put it back in to get a $200.00 phone working…. P.S. If the forum moderator is reading this (and i know you guys are) please move this message to a place where i can get an answer,that will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

HiI love this phone and mostly I am really satisfied with all the performanceexcept I can’t receive receive any text message fromother service providers.I tried to fix it by myself but it didn’t work, soI went to the at&t center yesterday and asked them what I have to do.They told me to set my network by myself, searching in theLG website.However, I couldn;t find any solution from the LGe websiteand the LG customer service guy told me they don;t know, too..If anybody knows the solution please give me a clear one.

I have a Bluetooth headset that I love and works great on other phones. It’s a Tekkeon EZTalker mini, about 3 years old. However, I haven’t been able to get my LG VU CU920 to detect it. The Vu detected my laptop just fine. Any tips?David

LG VU - Change photo saving folder to Memory Card

By default, the LG VU phone saves photos on phone memory. It does give an option to save it to Memory Card. While trying to set to memory card as location, it errors out saying the memory card is full. The memory card is infact 90% empty. Did any one face similar problem? Is there an solution available for the changing the storage type? Thanks!
